We don't just send to people we'd like to meet, it's always nice to put faces to any regular forumites   |

pretty much, anyone that takes your fancy, or you're just curious about the face that goes with the name or avatar. Generally, most people will reply in kind and send their piccy.
Only hard n fast rule is don't ask people to lift their filters. If you're blocked ask if they'd like to send first |
