Just reading about Suarez being awarded the Golden Shoe for sharing being the highest European goal scorer with Ronaldo last season. He won the Golden Shoe after 31 goals for Liverpool last season.
He says he feels ready to play for Barcelona when his ban ends.
I'm not sure he should have been given the award still. He was banned for biting a player in the World Cup. Yet he got an accolade afterwards! Seems a bit arse about face or is it me ? Maybe I'm just in a Thursday rant mood ! |

That's football for ya. It's a fucked up, whole other world.
That said tho'. It's beyond question that he scored the most goals in the league so therefore is given the award. Not sure the rules of the award take into account that he behaves like a c*€ |

Yes I know he did , but it was done with lots of fanfare . Just doesn't sit right with me. Maybe I see things too black and white sometimes. |

I agree that it's a bit of a kick in the balls (pun intended) but that's football I guess. |
