Gone through the house top to bottom morning and just done my most hated job. Wrapping up the contents of my kitchen food bin and putting it in the outside one that they pick up for composting. The smell is vile, the look offensive and the gag reflex is definitely working!!!LOL The things we put ourselves through to save the planet!
What's your most hated job around the house? |

"Cleaning up after myself
That's unusual for a man!!!!LOL A rare find indeed!
Well theres no one else to do it so it's my job
Awww! Bless him!"
I like doing it to be honest as it doesn't get that messy except for when the Daughter is Home, then it's chaos and she wont do it |

My brother lives on his own and is the cleanest, tidiest person I know. He has the same attitude. No-one else will do it so he has to. |

LOL Done that one. Left the recycling bin the other week till it was all flowing onto the floor. I was waiting to see if anyone else had the for-thought to empty it out into the one outside. No one did. So making lots of noise and loud comments to the cat and dog I did the job myself. Pisses me off that 5 live in this house and only 1 does the jobs! |

"doing the dishes! it has always been a pet peeve of mine...and never seem to move to a house with room for a dishwasher..lol"
I work early mornings so leave the kitchen sparkling night before as I hate getting up to a mess.I always switch dishwasher on before bed to.
All I ask is that the washer is emptied and reloaded with what is used that morning before I get home. I always get home to unloaded washer and dishes stacked in sink and draining board. The comments start again then. Not bloody fair! |

I grew up hearing my mother shouting about her always having to clean out the fire, the oven, the bath in fact pretty much all housework.
She never blooming did it we kids did
when I moved out and started doing my own housework, I learnt to do the things I hated first. Over time I didnt hate them as much. I tell my daughters that now, will they listen NO cos mum knows nothing or so says a 12 year old!!
We are lucky so far our local council doesnt demand we seperate all the rubbish (other than paper and cardboard), but when they do I know it will be up to me to do the seperating.
EWWWWW not looking forward to that I can tell you

LOL It's very hard for them. Don't you know they have a social life that is much more interesting than putting ironing away! I do exactly that with my boys and find them in the exact same order I gave it them, in the washing basket! Soon put a stop to that. Made them wash and iron their own. BY HAND!!! |

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else |
Bathrooms.
Seriously thinking of hiring a cleaner, which is a ridiculous expense.
Anyone nearby who wants their ironing or gardening doing in return for braving my toilet once a week?
