It all depends we have no hard and fast rules and I don't always log on especially at weekends when we have a lot on that is more important.

I sign in for tosh's morning thread otherwise he chats to himself some mornings, then I usually sign in on my tea break at work and stay logged in after that

cup of coffee first thing and lappy on til i go to work - if phone lets me and work has a gap i will pop on - logged on most of the evening but whether im looking or not is a different matter - once im trapped in the forums though aargh
