I had one of those nights last night. Chic chip cookies and Cadburys Flake ice cream did the job for me, even went out specially in the rain to get it

if i eat a healthy salad with a piece of fish on the side makes me feel good - but lov my corned beef hash and shepherds pie kind of meals - cannot beat my homemade leek n spud soup (most weeks even through the summer)
