Right now im licking the mallow off a tunnocks teacake
Its been the week from hell so today im cooking a roast dinner and doing nothing else except flop about  |

Rather than get to this point have a suggestion box on the side somewhere in the house with small cards and a pen
You can add a suggestion to it anytime you like but only pull out a card on a Sunday morning.....no arguments and a plan for the day 
You can adapt this for lots of things including one for sexy time and one for meets or parties/clubs  |

Cooking roast chicken , then cheescake , freshly brewed coffee , and a can of Guinness. Lovely stuffing with the chicken as well. |

Thrown all the teenagers out of the front room, got dinner on, tired out my puppy so that he's snoozing and going to put my feet up on the sofa and snooze too. |
