A 62 stone man is too big to fit in a standard coffin, and his family can't afford to get one specially made, so doctors are giving the corpse liposuction until he will fit into a standard coffin
Then he will have one coffin for his body and another for the body fat removed from it.

saw this story but version I saw said they were going to have 2 burials, one with what could fit in the coffin after surgeons removed organs and whatever else, and the removed bits would be cremated |
