Maybe everyone is getting into the Diwali spirit? There's a big Diwali festival here in Trafalgar Square tomorrow even though official Diwali is not until the 23rd.

Started here weeks ago.. Sussex takes its Bonfire nights very seriously as most towns have Bonfire societies( it goes back to the smuggling i think). They all parade at each others bonfire nights(its a bit like gothic morris dancers with flaming torches and drums).. Lewes Bonfire is still the biggest in the country and possibly europe, and has several bonfire societies that all try to outdo each other |
