Just wondering what tattoos people like to see on others. Like do you think tattoos that have a proper meaning look better or just having ink in general makes you better looking? |

The less meaning the better for me, they gotta be out of the ordinary tho, otherwise it pigeon holes you in the 'I wanted to be trendy so I can get girls and now I'm covered in tattoos' category. |

Because if you look at some tattoos you can see that they aren't your everyday thing, the person has got it for a reason and so that reason might make them look more appealing than the standard ones from a tattoo book  |

You won't find mine on the tattoo book, and mine have zero meaning to me, just happened that I wanted a Medusa head wrapped in a scarf, and my other one was a ancient pope skull wearing a cross crown and a veil. My next one I want some kinda of baroque armour piece or a Russian prison tattoo....still zero meaning to me, the placement is also important. |

That is the rule, otherwise they won't tattoo you as alcohol thins your blood.  surprised you got tattooed./. Unless you mean under other influence  |

There is only 1 tattoo between the 2 of us that's outta a book the other 20 are all drawn from scratch what makes them look good is having an artist that knows what he's doing!! |

My tattoos don't mean anything.
Neither will my next ones. Other than I like comic books and horror.

I'm covered a whole leg piece 2 sleeves and a chest piece!..people always ask what they mean?...they don't mean anything I like pretty things so I get pretty things! |

It's an individual art choice ! Tattoos are for the person wearing the ink not for the others that see them ! It's an expression of your choices in life wether they be good or bad it was a choice at a time in life |

This. 
If you've picked it off the wall it's unlikely to be the only one in existence.
That said - in this day and age of t'internet most artists photograph and upload their new work. So anyone can view, like, copy links - and say to another artist "can I have one like that?".
Unique work tends to look better - but truly unique is nigh on impossible!

Its each to their own really. But i like to see a guy with either a full or half sleeve. I have one tattoo which has a special meaning to me. My next one will however will be a well known saying |

I like ink, tattoos are very subjective though . In a way whatever anyone else thinks is irrelevant as you do them for you , not for others. Ones with meaning will only mean something to you too.

I did a lot of damage to my spine a few years back, and had planned with my ink guy to have a tatt of the damaged spine with the flesh pulled back, it was from my neck to the small of my back, nine inches wide and would have taken ten or twelve sessions, Still trying to talk my better half into letting me have it done, she's not keen! |

Can't say I look at others and wonder whether they have meaning or not.
Mine are for me and have meaning for me and that's all that matters. Half the time I forget about them as they are part of me, just like my little toe is |

I find heavily inked men a turn on . love tattooes all mine mean something to me . I think personally it's up to the person what they have etc / so what if they follow trends xxxx |
