a cafe is running in bristol serving food from produce that supermarkets/market stall holders would have otherwise threw out ...good or bad idea ?

its been operational for 10 months and some businesses will donate to them rather than put it in the bin ..of course you always get one who dowses a waste bin with bleach ..but hey ho if they derive pleasure from seeing food go to waste who are we to say they are wrong
