All I've done today is cook, been that bored...

Made cheese and onion bread, cheese and mushroom bread, grape bread and a strawberry bread that ended up too soggy. Also made a veggie noodles for tea, now trying to talk kids into eating cheese salad but ties. Can't wait for my kids to leave home so I can have a life, but yeah wouldn't mind cooking for someone else right now

Boldon

I came home to a newly tiled kitchen floor and he still had time to cook me a delicious pork loin roast dinner complete with roast potatoes and parsnips - my OH really looks after me

Sardines with Piri Piri sauce on a bed of rocket, spinach and tomatoes. Disgustingly healthy. I had to have it with a fresh baguette buttered very very thickly to even out the healthy/unhealthy balance.

I only like sardines on toast, if they are mashed up and have some melted cheese on. Yum
