Because of the use of the words 'more and more' in the opening post. I would be very surprised if any male regularly using the underground had ever experienced this let alone on a frequent basis.

But as 26pions has said for women it is common place to receive behaviour like this. As MrPolk has said it's a recognised massive problem due to the overcrowding on the tubes.

If the OP had said it happened once and it was hot then fair enough. But to portray it as a regular occurrence just doesn't ring true to me. And I'd be genuinely surprised if any Londoner, male or female said that what the OP is claiming is common or normal

But as 26pions has said for women it is common place to receive behaviour like this. As MrPolk has said it's a recognised massive problem due to the overcrowding on the tubes.

I'm not a fan of non consensual sexual contact including flashing. Unless the intended recipient has clearly consented to being flashed at or rubbed then it can be considered as sexual assault. My other issue is the possibility of others seeing what is happening who don't want to be subjected to other people's 'games'.

If those 4 women who allegedly rubbed themselves against the OP had rubbed themselves against someone who did not want that sort of attention then they are committing sexual assault.

I have experienced crowded tubes and trains where an innocent 'bump' caused by being pushed by the crowds has been perceived by men as an open invite to use my body to pleasure themselves. I do not use public transport to give these men sexual pleasure. I use public transport to go about my business.

OP - I sincerely hope you are not a 'sex pest' and hope that these ladies who thought it was appropriate to rub themselves against you in a public place fully understand the risks of engaging in such activities.

I think people are trying to make light of what appears to be a thread getting out of hand.

This just seems wierd to me. I know women. I am one. I know how women behave. I do not believe four different women, on their own, have done this. I had this done to me though. OP I don't disbelieve your story and I'm not gonna call you names and blame you say you got or read the situation wrong or give you countless warnings about what can happen to you but I do think alot of ladies on this thread are looking back on a bad personal experience that either happened to them or close friend or family member and are now taking it out on you but hey that's the forums!

You made it clear from your first post that women were doing this to you and that they have even smiled to you in acknowledgement of what just happen but this is all ignored and your still getting called a lair and treated like sexual predator I imagine a thread by a female saying she likes to turn on strangers in rush hour would of gone down very differently

I have never experienced this, so this is not where I am coming from. I am simply warning caution. Such situations can get out of hand. It would be an awful experience for him if the smiling woman chose to make a fuss. She is, after all, a stranger and we cannot know what she might do after such an encounter whether she appears to smile about it or not.

As for a woman behaving like this, I would likewise say to be careful. I think it is foolhardy and opens you up to unsavoury accusations. Bare in mind that police officers and magistrates may not see it as harmless fun.

2 years ago i was in London on a packed train and a guy did this to me. I turned on him and started screaming at him at thw top of my voice and the police were called. When he was questioned he claimed I was rubbing against him. The police saw right through him and he was charged. They told me "They all say that".
