So..My day is improving!
I had a call a moment ago from the manufacturer of the staircases I'm installing in some new houses I'm building, informing me that he's delayed by 4 weeks.
After offering a refund, I found an alternative provider who can not only deliver in the time frame, but for a considerable saving too!
