Minding my own business, looking for my ID badge on my desk, eventually dropping down in exasperation on my chair and there's sound of a baby elephant charging. Turns out my chair had moved on its own accord to a foot away from where my arse usually parks itself and therefore I ended up on the fall in front the whole office. Everyone erupts into laughter (including myself).
Can anyone top that embarrassing work moment so my coccyx and I can have a giggle?  |

Does standing in only a towel on the parade square on an RAF base beat it? I know was having a lovely shower until they decided to do a fire drill on the block I was in. Running outside to the meeting point in nothing but a towel isn't fun, especially as the meeting point was near the mess at dinner time! |

I'd have finished my shower, as you are unlikely to burn to death in a shower. I'm not sure whether your corporal would have appreciated the logic, though, but I believe most people end up on a charge at some point, so you may as well make it for something entertaining.

My Corporal was a bit of a dick at the time, he already had me on charges for several minor out of bounds incidents  I was trying to go by the rules for a change. It didn't last too long...... |

I sat down in the bog for a shit a fortnight ago, skimming through the forums aswell, had been there for a few mins when the cubicle door swung open and a very bemused builder was standing there! Forgot to lock the bas'tad didn't I. |

A colleague who sat opposite me went to sit down at his desk and his trousers ripped right up the seam of his arse. I ended up crying with laughter and he had to tie his suit jacket round his waist to go down 11 floors in the lift to go home to change! |
