Is it just me or is the allegedly best mobile phone provider the worst!!

Content Lock continually appears soooooo annoying.

Anyone else fed up with this? X

I'm on EE and can't remember the last time I had it. Maybe something wrong with your account. I had it more when it was just orange.

I regularly get this when I'm using my dongle.

Seems to happen more often when there is a weak signal

Download the Opera Mini app and it seems to get around the block. All you need to do is go on Fab via Opera mini, browse a few pages and go back on the normal FAB screen and it resets itself.

No idea why, but it works

Happens to me a lot when out on the road, normally is bad signal. Have you tried turning data on and off?...usually works for me.

technically the answer is to go into settings... then safari... then to clear history and cookies. switch phone off... turn it back on... and voila...

but just downloading the opera mini app is a lot easier.... its what i now do!!

I get this regularly

Sometimes doing a soft reset and wiping history works other times i have to do this and go on the EE app and reset it on that!

Basically its screwed and they cannot find a solution to it..

Again like many this really annoys the hell outa me! It's a glitch in the EE system that they have known about for months and haven't been able to resolve.

I've complained and they've told me my complaint has also been "escalated" .... Means nothing really!

Opera mini app is the only way around it.
