Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979
All goods must be:
as described
of satisfactory quality and
fit for purpose
If they're not, the retailer is in breach of contract and you have a claim.
So how come my lucky dip tickets are never friggin lucky?

Luck comes in two varieties. They haven't overtly stated which variety you were being sold. You got bad lucky.

Luck comes in two varieties. They haven't overtly stated which variety you were being sold. You got bad lucky.

On the main Irish lottery I got 4 of those Lines 20 euro in total I wonder when the cheque will come £15.65p in british sterling I suppose with 70,000 winning lines there will be a wait first time I Have ever had winners on there certainly Worth haveing thou 100 lines for free. |
