when managers lose it

Ok tonight I was asked to carry out a pointless task at work and responded calmly and with some decent reasons as to why I wouldn't do it . My managers response was to stand in the office and shout "DO IT JON JUST DO IT "

I believe his attitude stems from a few things 1) Hes has no grasp of what I do for a job.

2) He has no backbone to go to his manager and say this isn't right .

3) He doesn't have the intellect to argue his point without realising I am cored t and it's a waste of time .

So anyone else have a good night / day at work ??

Many managers have had no effective management training and do not have the necessary skills to do the job
