Yep when I lived in a house that only had a coal fire , I rarely caught a cold. |

No, heating will stay off as long as possible. Just to stick it to the ripoff gas companies a little bit.
Would rather put warmer clothes in than line the fatcats pockets |

So it’s not just our house then. I put ours on yesterday and Chris is already looking to change the thermostat. He keeps getting new ones that takes me ages to work out how to use them.  |

No refuse to put ours on just yet, will wait till it's gets very very cold before we even consider putting it on, layer up and snuggle under a fluffy blanket  |

Not until November and only then late afternoon and early evening.
The window is still open but it is a bit chilly now so I will change to the new winter duvet (4.5 tog) and put on a cardi.

Now this sounds like my house when I finally put the heating on. My partner sneakily goes round turning them down and as soon as possible I then turn them back up.  |
