Tarantino has only directed 9 films most are (imo) average or poor with the exception of Kill bill 1 only, Jackie brown 2nd best, and Pulp fiction one of the best ever made. You gotta watch it two or three time to get what you missed.

Pulp fiction is a classic,

Django unchained will be a classic. Both the kill bill films are like a bad trip

Has to be Pulp Fiction.

The music, the stories, the dialog. All just so good.

He's also done quite a bit in other films. Four Rooms, Sin City.

Don't sleep on Inglorious Bastards.

The dialogue in that film is amongst the best.

The opening scene is incredible

Tarantino is pure art...

Django, Basterds, PF and JB all have classic QT moments and dialogue.

But yeah Kill Bill was terrible!!

Pulp Fiction. Although slighly annoyed that Winston Wolf is in a ad for insurance

He did the screenplay for FDTD. He didn't direct.

He did something in Hostel too.

Did an IMDb search. Didn't know there was a Reservoir Dogs Xbox game

True romance is one of my favourite films although he only wrote it not directed it,

I really don't get any of the films he's directed, just don't like his style

Is it only counted as a Tarantino film if he directed it , does writing it not count ?

"Dusk til Dawn, even though he only did half of it and his half wasn't as good as the other half."

Tarantino didn't do half of it. That was Grindhouse where Robert Rodriquez made Planet Terror, while Tarantino made Death Proof.

From Dusk til Dawn was written by Tarantino, but directed entirely by Rodriguez.

I'd say so, because it's not Tarantino's film. With Films like True Romance and Natural Born Killers and From Dusk til Dawn, his voice is there in the script but the way it's filmed is entirely someone elses sensibility and vision. Tarantino would have done it completely another way (he's said that NBK and TR were sort of butchered script-wise) so it doesn't count as his film unless he directed and wrote it.

Yeah I would say so, most films are the directors vision of what the film should be, and can be completely different to what the writer had in mind,

I know if he'd of director true romance I wouldn't like it, because I don't like his style

Reservoir Dogs is good because its stripped down, raw and focussed due to the low budget- holding a film in a single location for the majority of its length and keeping it interesting is difficult but Mr T does a great job

Jackie Brown gets overlooked because he did it after the big "FUCK YEAH!!!!" of Pulp Fiction, but its subtle and smooth and clever.

You'll enjoy his next film then 'The Hateful Eight'. It's basically that but with a western setting/characters/time period.
