Gotta be good salted caramel though. Only really good one I've found is from a deli/cafe near where I work. Luckily I don't often get a lunch break so I don't indulge very often  |

I can concur with being self satisfied with a result in the kitchen.
Earlier today made two perfect mozzarella ball type poached eggs this morning, they looked great almost a shame to cut them and tasted even better. |

Sorry to go all 'bakey' but since I had an epic fail on the guessing front I won't presume did you go with nuts in with it (innuendo not intended!)
