I thought it I had tennis elbow once. Turned out it was my neck muscles needed stretching. Confused the hell out of me but the physio was right. Alot of pain in the body radiates from the neck muscles being tight. |

Try turning your head to the side with the elbow pain then slowly bend the elbow and place your hand firmly on the hip then lift the opposite leg off the floor bending the knee, try and keep the leg off the floor for about a minute. |

When I rub my elbow, my finger hurts
Thinking trapped nerve
Who knows a decent bone juggler? |

Many moons ago , my own (now retired GP) said I had RSI as I had pains in both wrists. Signed off work , then no using a keyboard etc. Getting no better , saw another doctor . She instantly said - it's your neck. I had Physio and after a few sessions all sorted!
So yep , definitely reckon neck could cause elbow pain. Might be worth booking an appointment with an osteopath if it doesn't ease and painkillers plus hot or cold don't sort it. Plus they stretch out everywhere , mine used to literally jump on my chest to make my spine click back into place! |
