So far this week I've done an hours body conditions on Monday, an hours legs bums and tums on weds, an hour at the gym on Thursday afternoon, an hour of piloxing then an hour of pump today and tomorrow I'm booked in for an hour of step!!
All of me aches like a mofo but I'm really enjoying it and I got a sports watch that tells you how many calories you burnt from your weight, age, heart rate etc...today's grand total was 1033!!
Can't wait to shift some more weight and hopefully get some slight muscle definition!!! |

"Try boxing. Thats bloody amazing.
Don't think I could cope with your workout schedule though. Well done. "
Piloxing that I did this morning is very boxing oriented, wearing weighted gloves. It was good fun!! I was more enthusiastic when she suggested imagining I was punching my ex... |

Top job hottiebottie. That is a whole lot of calories to be burning. Is that on top of your base metabolic rate? Keep it up and the weight will shift in no time doing all that exercise combined with a decent diet, which I'll assume your PT will have given you lots of information on already. |

Yeah she gives me hints and tips, I'm a fussy bugger with what I eat though so I've mainly just cut a butt load of calories and am clean eating as much as possible. X |

"Wow....I would be dead if I'd done all that in one week.
I might be yet!! Lol.. Bought a months unlimited classes pass it works out a £1 a day so making the most of it! "
Seriously well done hottiebottie.
You may feel sore now, but your body will soon adjust to the new exercise regime, and you won't ache as much. Keep up the good work |
