it's worth the pain.....surely it would be if I could actually even take a step very frustrating"
awwww perhaps you could just sit around the house wearing them? Or, if you're a size 6 you could donate them to me lol |

You want to try and wear heels with extra wide feet and also the added bonus of a bunion!!! I can thank both my parents for that as they had them to. I wear them usually to meets but so glad to get them off asap! Trainers or normal flatties just don't go with the suspenders and stockings!!!LOL |

Saw a photo recently of Jessica Lowndes in some Chloe Wedges that looked really sexy. They lengthened her calves and gave her an extra inch or two, so I'm going to suggest to Siren she gets a pair and then SHE might get an extra inch or 6! |

It's also official that women who wear heels all of the time become less flexible due to the tightening of muscles in the backs of their legs and do a great deal of damage to the foot and ankle, which will become more evident in later life.... not to mention the bunions, blisters and in-growing toe nails.
Which is why it is much better to wear fashionable yet sensible shoes in the day ... and that way when you put the killer heels on you still have the suppleness for the shoes to be admired from a wide variety of angles…. and should the shoes be removed you don’t have feet which look like a set of billiard balls in a flaky sock |

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else |
"but just 30 secs stood in them that previously broken baby toe was on fire."
How long ago did you break it? I broke one a couple of years ago, (and 3 a few years before), and all is well now...are you sure it's healed properly?

Yes, apparently wearing heels all the time actually shrinks the length of the muscle on your lower leg so when you change to flat shoes or shoeless you are likely to have pains as you'll be stretching your muscle out of shape. |

Due to being born to very short parents I am sooooo not blessed with the height gene. My whole teenage years I wore high heels, then I had my oldest child at the age of 18. Suddenly trainers and flats were what I needed to run after a very active daughter - result very very sore legs, couldnt work out why til I went to see the doc (shooting pains up my legs) turned out I was restretching my muscles
Im still the shortest person I know (OK the 7 year old is a little shorter than me lol) and LOVE my heels but in the house I wander around in no shoes.
When walking long distances (yeah as if I can do that not) I wear wedges rather than stilletos, for me they are easier to wear. Now play shoes they are the bigger the heel the better, but having small feet I cant wear the huge heels, I fall over when I stand up
