I have just baked Coffee and Walnut cake , Chocolate caramel shortbread, Carrot cake and Pineapple cheesecake to pop into work tomorrow for our coffee morning (even though I can't flaming eat cake). My kitchen looks like it's been hit by a tornado !
I have plenty here, as they won't eat it all at work so anyone fancy a slice with a cuppa ?  |

The cheesecake is made with light Philadelphia so that wouldn't be too bad. |
