I play the trombone - I know what to do with my hands and mouth, and how to slide my brass until the spit valve is spitting water and the bell end is blasting triumphantly... |

When I was a kid, I had a Drum Kit in my Parents attic, I used to have the SAME 3 dudes back after school bashing out the drums.
When I left home, story has it, my mum chucked the whole kit, they could have sold that.
My pull up bar is still up there though. |

they are very similar - my son wanted to learn the sax but he was a short arse at age 7 so got a clarinet to move onto a sex later- daughter played the flute - used to have quite s good time when they were both really into that |

My parents paid for piano lessons when I was a sprog, also inflicted violin on them, my ex husband tried to teach me bass guitar and then said "anyone can play drums" - guess what? Not quite anyone! unfortunately I am tone deaf, can't carry a tune in a bucket and am unable to read a note of music so instruments and singing are beyond me (although I'd be a fucking amazing rock diva, given an ounce of talent) |

I started with one of them, then went onto Hohner Blues Harps.
I love the Suzuki's though.
Might buy a couple of Manji's if I get serious again |

Would love to play the guitar, I had one when I was a child but my fingers couldn't stretch enough, had another go a few years ago, the tips of my fingers where so sore, I could have cried.. Whimp... It stands in the corner of my living room all forlorn. |

There's many good harps on the market...quite fancy getting a crossover just to see the difference in playing with the altered keys. Seemingly takes a while to get used to though...might give one a try see how it sound |
