Titz Towers, North Notts

I thought I heard that, but thought it was an insistent d*unk in a nearby whisky shop.

Depending on what you've done, get a back massage if appropriate. Did me wonders when I had a muscular back injury

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

My chiropractor told me to use an ice pack on mine for 20 mins at a time. (Frozen peas would do). And don't stay motionless. Try to get up and move around from time to time.

It did work for me I have to say, though I didn't like the moving around as it was so painful.

Make sure you get a good one. A bad one could make it infinitely worse.
