I don't smoke and rarely drink so I have decided to give up chocolate and cakes etc.
So far so good but it probably wasn't a good.idea to do it when I am going on holiday this month with 2 small kids who like ice cream lol |

I can't praise the NHS Stop smoking service enough. My local one helped me stop twice 
OK, the 2nd time was because I became depressed. But now stopped for 18 months.... give or take the "social fag" when pissed |

Well this is my 5th day and I've managed to resist - very proud of myself!  and well done to all you other smokers, and dieters, who are trying to make a change

So, over a week in...how's it going?
I've done brilliant. I actually boat manager (it's not my main role lol) at work so have to buy all the biscuits and nice things and haven't touched one lol
I've also managed to lose a few lbs already!
The challenge is next week...all inclusive holiday in Turkey   |

Well done Evie! I'm still not smoking - my 10th day today - very proud of myself!
Next week will be a challenge for you but I'm sure you'll be able to stay strong!

havent had a smoke for one week. but i am on an e cig. i know its not the same as quitting full stop...but its going the right direction .
i did try e cigs while back but went back to the fags but im determined this time |

Do how did we all do?!
I think I did quite well. Only had cake once on holiday and didn't put any weight on lol
Have lost about 10lbs so far and people at work have noticed so that's good.
Am gonna keep going with it now with maybe a little break over Christmas lol |
