What are those little things that makes you smile or feel good?

I guess there are so many, but just a few to kick off:

The sight and sound of a baby laughing

The warmth of the sun on your skin on a gorgeous sunny day by the sea

Being the recipient of a warm genuine smile from a stranger

Blackcurrant and clotted cream ice cream

Waking up and thinking you've get up for work then realising it's a Saturday

On Fab, that rare occassion when the 'messages' icon actually lights up ....

Of course there are loads more : what makes you feel fab?

Smell of the ocean.

Rain on a hard surface.

Crack of thunder & the accompanying lightning.

It is a swingers site after all...

Erm... Kitesurfing during a full on tropical Thunder storm.... To be one with nature like that must be amazing.

Huge waves, massive air... Must of watched for an half an hour.

My tiny pens makes me smile....

I digress.

Having the right change for something.

Looking at my garden after cutting the grass.

Sunshine.

Sharing a laugh.

What's this 'smile' thing the OP refers to? I'm not sure it'll catch on...

Actual answer? Yeah, why not... Involuntary or telltale smile by others.

I'm assuming this is relating to the uk air smell, as this is the perfect description! So nice to take in a deep breath

Especially the cold crisp Autumnal air early mornings just as the first frosts arrive

Love to suck that air deep into my lungs

Could only ever be a description of the UK air.

Spent most of my working life travelling abroad and it's not till you have been gone for a long time, then come back, that you realise the air here just feels clean.

And it's nearly always green here. Summers are a feast of green!

Scandinavia's similar too...

I used to live in LA and as much fun as it was, there is an abundance of grey concrete.

Usually it's back bacon for Brits abroad...

Can't count the amount of times I have been asked to bring back bacon with me!

Not for me. Crisps every time, wotsits or cheese and onion! Lol couldn't get any flavour of crisps apart from plain or chilli... That was before Walmart moved in a few years ago!

Even more random is I don't eat either of those flavours now

I felt like that when I went to Northumberland on a school trip. The air smelt of pine and felt easier to breathe. Got back into London and could smell the pollution

I don't like Cancun very much.. Further down the coast is soooooo much more beautiful & more character. Everything is better about an hours drive south of Cancun! I always tell people not to go there lol

yeah I heard that, but never had the time, whent to some town nearby though, with saloon doors on the bars and spaced out women dancing while we sat in chairs in a square round the edge...

Plus Cancun is kinda spring break city.

Ok I dont know... Don't speak a word of Spanish...

But when we say in the bars would often get approached with the word "solo?" & we can guess.
