Is it over now!

I was ear wigging on an X Factor conversation today. Who was good, who was bad, which judge can actually... Judge!

Has this show run its course now? I think Louis is killing the show. He got bullied by the crowd and gave in whenever the crowd told him he had to.

As for Simon how did he just put through a guy who can't sing and does a very bad Patrick Swayze impression?

Cheryl seems able to pull strings just by glaring at Simon. She seemed so opinionated on the other judges categories but not so on hers!

Then there is Scary Spice. Why is she so rude? No need for it. Fix up 'can't sing' Spice, I don't remember you being the lead vocalist in Spice Girls or having any sort of reputation for being able to hold a note.

Why not have judges with ability who are able to offer advice on becoming artists. This is the reason we have had to endure Jedward and Chico.

Rant over. I'm going back for a game of Singstar!

Yes, it's a very strange program but what's stranger is how long it takes to work that out; - it took me just a part of the first show that I ever watched - with virtually the same complaints as the OP........... But it goes far deeper, I mean, please tell me how the hell girl or boy bands sell any of their dross?

But C'est la vie, I guess!!

"

The reason for Jedward, Chico or Wagner, is The X Factor is a telly show for entertainment first, before finding an act with the ' x factor '.

Ilford

I cannot watch this show simply due to the fact that the crowd incessantly cheer clap or boo through the performances.

This seems to be a habit that began on the U.S. (surprise surprise) and stinks of a modern music hall show from the late 19C gone wrong.

Ridiculous!

Were these music hall shows in the US, too?

For someone that doesn't watch the show and only listened in on a convo, you seem to know the programme so well..

It's about time they knocked all 15 minutes of fame shows on the head. They're borin and very shite!!

The judging process is judt pantomime. Always has been. Always will be. Don't need to watch it to know that

My House

Never watched it, never will. Most 'entertainment' telly is pure drivel anyway if it's not a comedy programme.

I will try and answer your questions with my opinions, there may NOT be factual answers to give.

Has the show run its course? No, it still rakes in millions of viewers along with app downloads and participations.

Simon put through a guy with a great personality but not the best singer, Im sure if he makes it through to the live shows it will cause all kinds of comotions, hashtags and tweets etc. That could be why he did it.

Scary Spice may seem rude but she's doing her job and giving her opinion, I find Simon ruder but again, its their opinion. I dont think the Spice Girls had a lead singer as such but when on to be one of the biggest selling groups in history, films, books, singles, albums and a good solo career too. You also have an opinion on the show as she does except, she gets paid to give hers.

They are just my answers to your questions.

I think the new boy band may go on to be the biggest band in the world in the next 12 months. Im not saying I like them, its just going off the crowds reaction and how they sounded I think they will be massive.

A seaside town near you!

I prefer The Voice. Loved watching the auditions and willing them to turn round

I like the format of the voice. I also respect the panels they have. I haven't watched since the blind lady won it
