I did think about that but as I talk to strangers on the train anyway I'd just drag others into the conversation to make it interesting.

Probably in the hospital after I had my hip replacement...because I had it done in Wigan (2 hours from Arse End) I told my family not to visit but I met one forumite for the firs time in my hossie room and had a couple I know from Manc visit me there as well...the surgical stockings and the bag of urine hanging off the side of the bed guaranteed future meets  |

I once met a hot six-breasted Thrasionian chick from Dalaxis Prime. We arranged a meet on the lava planet of Vesuvian and had to wear hyper-cooled body armour and keep hopping around on the cooler bits of lava.
Not the wisest of choices in hindsight... |

Not exactly a social. I'd had a disastrous night out with a female friend and I was pretty d*unk and upset, feet killing me, so I took my heels off at the top of my road, texted or phoned a guy from here, don't remember which and he came to pick me up and we sat talking in Sainsburys car park early hours of the morning. He listened to my d*unken whinging, perfect gentleman, took me home. I guess for him that would be pretty strange.

I haven't had a social meet in a while. Looking to get back in to the swing of things.
...i'd love to have a meet in IKEA. I love that place. To be honest. I love shopping - i think that'd be a perfect social with a nice meal at the end.
May put up a social too. Wonder if anyone's free.
