I baked a Victoria Sponge with strawberry jam, whipped cream and fresh strawberries today to take into work tomorrow for the McMillan babe off.

lol! I made a cake for my daughter on Friday afternoon and some peanut butter, sour cherry cookies sandwiched with Philadelphia cheese, peanut butter and icing sugar cream and cherry conserve (all very low calorie stuff). Our daughter and her boyfriend had a slice of cake each and left the rest behind....guess who HAD to eat it? |
