I love wearing nylons or stockings but I think they only look good with closed toe shoes... Seeing the sheer material through a peep toe or sandled heel doesn't seem sexy to me.
Do you wear stockings with open toe shoes or is that a fashion faux pas? |

As a long-suffering foot fetishist ...it's a faux pas in my book. Possibly the only exception is if they're fishnets and/or she's wearing a toe ring  |

Er what? I prefer shiny hold ups to matt ones. For one, my skirt is less likely to ride up over shiny ones and I prefer how they look and feel.
I'll wear what suits me, thanks all the same. Practicality/comfort for me vs. aesthetics for strangers... no contest.
Oh and I wear hold ups with open-toe shoes too. |

I would worry more ladies if you can't get them up to the relation 4 inches from thigh top! 2inches above the knee look is a oversized popsock nightmare. |

I know what you mean OP. I think that stockings look good with peeptoe rather than full open toe, though fishnets look ok with any size toe.
I don't like thigh high boots with stockings, I think it looks better with bare leg or tights  |
