As someone who as had a boob opp (reduction) I did it for me and the best thing I did so if it for her and her alone just be there for her BUT if she doing for a man I would sit her down and have a quite chat with her and ask her if she sure |

If you get along with someone enough to fuck them, and it is more than just a one night get your end away, then surely it is the whole package that you like. If someone chooses to have an enlargement / reduction or whatever because they want it, then just be there as a friend.
If it is a deal breaker for you, then maybe they might be better off without you?

Her decision, and let's face it fake boobs done well can look fantastic. Think of it as part of the overall package, like if she dyed her hair a colour you didn't like or got a tattoo you weren't keen on, would that put you off as well? |
