Wonder if you guys could help. If you have verifications on your profile and you choose not to publish them do you still have a 'verification summary' that just shows how many you have? Or can you opt to show nothing at all so it looks like you have no veri's. Thanks for you help xx |

Just interested to know... Why do some people hide veri's? Is there a particular reason? We always read veri's of people we might be interested in as it helps us decide if they might be compatible. If no veri's are shown it looks like they're hiding something. Would be interested to know reasons why xx |

If I show mine it's only ever some social ones. I like my privacy. None of anyone else's business who I have sex with. x |

Sometimes it's because the people who wrote them have left the site so the veris can't be shown.
Other times its because the veri goes into detail that some prefer not to show on their profile, be it sexual detail or personal info that people prefer not to have on the Internet like names etc.
Other people don't show them cos they never show any, sometimes this is because other site users may be harassing them and the people they've met.
And the final camp are those who are embarrassed by who they've met or who know that their veris are a bit dodgy. |

I used to show mine. Then after a meet, a guy mailed everyone of my veris and my friends telling them to stay away from me, because I was now his. 
If he ever was, he wasn't for much longer after that!! |
