Not kidding, I am GENUINELY curious about female consensus on this, being as when I was three, I had it cut (Sand got trapped on the beach - Little did I know girls fucking love it).

I'm cut and wouldn't want to change that. Had it done when I was really young, the surgeon did a fantastic job haha.
Cut has got to be cleaner and people who say they had it done later in life reckon you get a better feeling too. |

Both are as unhygienic if not kept clean. The thing with cut though, You are more prone to Infections since you have nothing protecting your Penile shaft or head. The foreskin is made to protect the outer section whilst delivering Sensitivity through the nerves of the gland of the penis and around the ring of the foreskin. So, cut, basically cutting all that sensitivity and protection away.
Both require just as much cleaning and caring though so as stated, both are just as hygienic. I just think uncut is more aesthetically pleasing to look at  |

talking from experience, I've never had an infection and personally I believe I have a increased level of sensitivity. I'm not complaining myself. I believe that the medical fraternity advised parents of baby boys to consider the procedure when a child was born in tropical climates 50 years back as it was much easier to keep clean and less likely to become infected when cut. I have no evidence to that though, I am hardly able to bowl that question out to my parents and ask them the thinking behind their decision.
Don't get any complaints mind, however I don't fancy a woman can honestly tell the differance so long as the guy knows what he is doing with it! and on that subject I'm prepared to volunteer for some market research, just any lady thats interested pm me  |

I can't honestly notice the difference during penetration - the only difference to me is when giving oral therefore - and as long as the guy has good personal hygeine there are advantages to both!
Vaginally I can only tell whether there's a condom there or not - and that's a whole different debate! |

saying that actually, I think mutating a babies genitals at birth should be illegal. It's illegal to circumcise a woman by cutting her clitoris off, so it should be the same for men too until at a age of consent. I believe people should have a choice as to what they want to do with there own bodies parts.
As for sensitivity, I can't speak on that. I have seen 50/50 posts about circumcision so i guess it just all depends on the surgeon.
Me, personally, I just find uncut 10x more appealing. But, different strokes for different folks, eh? :P x |

Well that's not so.
Cut is best.
This is for 2 reasons:
Firstly and most importantly, it is cleaner and much safer health wise. In fact there is a line that runs North South through Africa, those that live on the west side of the line live with endemic HIV, those on the East side of the line have less than 1% HIV infection. The WHO has been studying them for years and there is no difference in sexual conduct either side of the line. The only difference is that east of the line circumcision is near universal, west of the line it is not.
Secondly, being cut means your glans are exposed all the time and are desensitised by rubbing against clothing etc. This means that you can last longer (never met a woman who has said "Oh I adore my 3 pumps and a squirt man!" |
