25 years since this most memorable day, most of the houses in our street had it playing out the windows, it was a scorcher of a day too, most memorable performances, Queen and U2. |

i have the box set yes queen were fab on the day but u2's performance escially being relentively unknown and only playing two songs..... was a fan since since 1981 but this perfornamce made them ..... |

guess you know it didnt go to plan as they didnt get to play the third song cause bono went awol |

I've been following them since the Unforgettable Fire album, went to see them live in 97 for the pop mart tour, and have been to every tour since, they certainly know how to put on a gig |

And far from going to a good cause, We've just dicovered that our monthly Gold site membership is going towards subsidising a bunch of low-life, headonistic, degenerate swingers!!!

did you do Slane Castle in 2001?
I had to get my tickets from Canada to go there, set up was excellent.
Kelis, JJ72, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Coldplay.
