We have the worst Anti Social Beahviour record in Europe according to recent Studies, watching the News and listening to the Radio it does look pretty grim over here  |

we criminalise more behaviour in more ways than many of our european counterparts which certainly helps us top that table . |

The stats for Anti-Social Behaviour is drawn from the amount of ASBO's handed out, and that's a system that has been proven to be flawed as many criminals now see an Asbo as a 'badge of honour'.

and subsequent custody rates have soared as these are breached and end up with a hugely ineffective and expensive custodial sentence. We've increased our custody of young people by over 500% in the last ten years or so, so its no surprise we're high in any stats |
