Anyone actually miss it?

in the night garden

The graphics were good. They would draw Margaret Thatcher's face out of a grid 6x6 blocks. At least I think it was Thatcher, might have been Pac-Man.

Waiting for the football results and someone distracting you for the three milliseconds that your result was on the screen meaning you has to wait for another 73 pages to pass again

Quite frankly I hardly ever used it.

but being a tech guy I had dial up internet connections and old ISDN, so Ceefax felt legacy when it was released to be fair.

Still, if it wasn't for that the rest wouldn't have come in. ; )

According to your profile your not old enough to remember the launch of Ceefax, launched 40 years ago, your only 26, unless you're fibbing about your age

Ceefax was on our old CRT TV. I wasn't there for the launch, but it was on there. Teletext and whatnot.

I had a Commodore 64 as a child. I wasn't exactly around for that either but it was there. lol
