Had a slipped disc!!!
I've had a bad back for weeks now!! It's not getting any better, can hardly bend down without wincing...
Struggle big time to put knickers and socks on, tights are out of the question.... Hubby has to put em on for me
I can't lift one leg off the floor to balance, coz it takes my breath away!!!
Is this a slipped disc???!!!
Help!!!!! Sniff sniff
Any advice would be appreciated!!
Paracetamol and ibuprofen don't work, not keen on taking strong painkillers |

Sounds like you've damaged your sciatic nerve. I had exactly the same symptoms you describe when I damaged mine. Always best to seek proper medical advice though |

"Can't get in till Friday!!! Just wondered if anyone had experienced similar pain/problems "
Yes I have a herniated disc which occasionally gives me sciatica...that doesn't help me diagnose you though, back problems are very individual |

"I will do guys, thank you!!!
Thanks miss cheeky
Hope I get some answers if anything, fed up of it now "
I can understand that but the trouble is people self diagnosis from shit they have read on some medical forum and think they have a brain tumour which leads them to become anxious. Which in turns makes what they have worse..xx |

I had a similar problem twice, once just before i went to The Lodge New Years party last year - i was Mr Cheerful!! I went to a Physio who was brilliant, she gave me some excercises to do as it seemed to be all related to posture and sitting too much. She was a bit disparaging of doctor's and since doing the excercises I haven't had a problem. My advice try both as your's could be completely different to mine. I feel your pain though... |
