had to phone them today, never been so amazed.
the telephone was answered within 30 secs of all the button pressing bit, got our bill problem sorted straight away.
and to put the cherry on the cake, got a £100 goodwill rebate
all in all, from dialling the number to end of call was just over 10 mins !!!
still cant believe it, anyone had better service from an energy supplier?? |

It isn't that much of a surprise - people tend to bitch about bad service - not so much about good - I used to work in customer service for Powergen - they employed muppets - (excluding me of course) If someone got me they always got great service - if they ended up with one of the temp mouth breathers - they were going to have a bad day! |

That's damn good going. I think they received a kicking on a consumer programme on the Wireless last week.
As a French firm, I'd feel disappointed if they hadn't answered the phone with a Bonjour, said Sacre Bleu when you described the problem, then announced they were off on a one hour dinner |

My gas meter had a fault last week. Rang Scottish power at 8am, the engineer was here at 9 and had fitted a new meter and given me a Tenner free credit till the new card arrived by 9.30. I was pretty impressed with that. |
