How long does it take for you to start your morning routine?

For me its as long as it takes to drink 2 coffees.... Then I rush about and get ready

Unless I'm really sound asleep, I can come awake, focus and be switched on in about 5 seconds. I think this comes from sleeping at work and having to suddenly appear alert and have my wits about me
