Had a fantastic massage at the hotel complex in Turkey by a woman who really knew her stuff, had my daughter not been next door, not relaxing, i would have nodded off |

I have regular massages, at least once a month. Stops me from getting back ache and i would recommend them to anyone.
Which reminds me, i better book in my next one, lol

I get a deep tissue massage 4 times a year- it's one of the few things that actually helps get the knots out of my muscles.
Also had acupuncture for a bad back about 6 years ago- only now starting to have probs again, so will go back for more |

A proper massage whether it be Swedish,Deep Tissue etc is very good for you and your muscles helping all sorts of problems.
Hopefully by this time next year I will be a fully qualified massusse .. 8) |

i went to a chinese healer who operated out of the store room of his martial arts shop in islington ,when i was suicidal from the residual nerve pain from a knee replacement 6 years ago ...he massaged my leg gave me spiritual water to drink and called upon his spiritual doctor to help me ...then he gave me an envelope and asked for a donation so i knew then he wasnt just in it for the money !!! 3 days later something went ping in my leg and the agony started to subside ...im still in pain every day but no longer in agony it worked for me !!!! |
