2 possible causes I can think of
Increased blood pressure, especially in certain positions
Sinus infection as it's a new thing. If she taps 2 fingers on her head just above nasal bridge and centre of head or temples hurt it's prob sinuses, try decongestants. Natural ones like olbas oil or burn eucalyptus n neroli with some lavendar should help  |

I've suffered from dizzy spells, feeling light headed and then left with a headache for a while.
I think most causes are a sudden drop in blood sugar and/or blood pressure even if normally there is no history of problems.
Make sure she's fully hydrated, had enough to eat in order to keep her blood sugar up and tell her to breathe too...sounds silly but I have a habit of holding my breath when I'm reaching climax and this exacerbates it. |
