"I have google plus on my daughters android tablet as I set it up for her & now I can't find a way of signing out, really annoying!!"
setting then click on your email scroll down sign out.

I'm old school. This techno mumbo jumbo i just don't get. So, i just stick to plugging my phone in to the laptop and just using the good old copy all and paste.
