what's rope running ? Sounds fun ! I'm on the road to recovery after not being able to run for months . Simple exercises from the physio and i'll be good to go ! I'm currently helping my two boys learn to hit tennis balls. Lovely day ! |

I've lost 17lbs over past few weeks, saw GP Friday and am well on my way to reversing my diabetes so no need for tablets ! That's cheered me up no end - so stop talking about Walnut Whips ! |

We had an unexpected but enjoyable FFM on Friday night. We also spoke to 2 or 3 other female friends at a social on Friday regarding fun in the future.
We are off in to London later to meet friends and their kids.
We are off on holiday in 10 days time!

I was at a great party with friends last night...next weekend, although I'm attending a 2 day training course, I've arranged to go to a club with another Fabber on the Saturday night and I've got several events to look forward to plus a trip to Rekjavik in December...all in all, I'm having a great year  |

I have had one of the best summers that I have had for a long time, I am as mellow as mellow can be. Back to work a couple of weeks ago and looking foraward to seeing my family at Christmas.
Off to Florence in a couple of weeks for 4 days and that will give me a cultural injection.
My life is good and I wish others the very same happiness.
