sometimes daily, sometimes weekly, monthly or even never, its part of the joys of having staff to pay and being the last in line for wages, but all my employees are paid weekly |

In previous jobs I was paid 4 weekly (every 28 days). In my current job it's monthly.
Would be hard to budget if I was paid weekly as all my bills come in monthly. |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
This is weird. I was remembering getting weekly brown envelopes with my pay in 30 years ago. Now you don't see money.
I get paid when the client decides to pay my invoice. That can get tricky at times.

When I was in permanent employment, that was monthly and my second job was weekly which was great until they decided to change it to 4 weekly, a big struggle for a month. It did mean however that I often got 'paid' fortnightly and 3 times in September. Now I'm temping I'm paid weekly by them and 4 weekly by the second job. Overall I think I'd rather get paid weekly and pay money into a separate account for bills |

Now you have to deliver, whatever happens.
My best paying client has to be the one who paid me the day after I sent the invoice. The worst took 14 months.

I remember this too...a cellophane pay packet every Friday with a staple through the notes plus your payline...those were the days when £60 managed to pay my board, my rail fare and a couple of nights on the lash...hated going onto monthly pay but after so many years I'm used to it now |

That transition from weekly to monthly was a challenge. It was in the days before I had credit cards or savings.

I get paid weakly monthly
my last job was paid every 4 weeks the job i have now is paid on the 12th of every month which means I get more some months than others, I preferred the 4 weeks pay as you get 13 payday a year |

Interesting, I'm paid monthly and get the same each month (basically my annual salary divided by 12) irrespective of whether it's a 28, 30 or 31 day month. |

I get my invoices paid weekly but they are always 2 weeks in arears so if there is a mistake have to wait a further week to get the outstanding ballance
monthly would be a pain in the ass as then would be a further month to get the outstanding
