"Purple one for me please"

I popped into a retro sweet shop today to buy a present . They had a giant purple one , as big as one of the tins for £6. Somehow instead I came out with some Harry Potter Bertie bore beans including earthworm, vomit & dirt flavoured !

How is it possible to have a tin of choccies sat in your house for over 8 months without having the urge, until now, to rip off the lid and indulge??

You must have the willpower of a saint, Sir! I doff my hat!
