See a lawyer. Most offer a free half hour. Good luck.

I'd be sceptical about relying on legal advice from people who may not be legally trained, and in the absence of much pertinent info from you about the situation. Its best to discuss it with a solicitor.

Ditto the above, and it all depends on the circumstances, whether there are any children of the marriage primarily, but loads of other factors too.

The reason I haven't said more info as I don't want everyone to no I was just asking if anyone could help and not everyone can afford a solicitor I just need some advice and as for people not being trained it's not like I'm going to use it in court
