I'm with EE and I've got a remote dongle thing for when I'm working away from home. It's ok most of the time but every now and again I can't access Fab or Youtube.
I've gone through the rigmarole of removing the content lock on their website but it doesn't always work, and I can't understand why I keep having to do it.
I've been into EE shop and when they checked the content lock wasn't on.
Does anyone else have this problem or am I special?

Tried that a number of times, and it doesn't work
Wasn't able to get on here for 2 days"

Had the same problem, went into an EE shop and got told it wasn't on. Left the shop and again it was. Rang up and someone took it off for me and has been fine ever since |
