Well, I had my Treadmill Stress Test this morning at hospital.
My test lasted only 8 minutes, which compared to another one 12 years ago lasting almost 10 minutes, I felt I'd failed today.
But I felt much better when the Nurse in charge said "we had you on maximum levels by 5 minutes and kept you going for another 3. It all went well, and the results look good!"
I see the doc in a month for a follow up but that should be a formality.
The only downside is my arthritic knees are aching tonight! |
